API
Everything runs on the platform — you don't need the API to use your desk. The API lets external tools read a desk's record and send signed triggers to an automation you already set up. It needs you signed in, or a token issued for your desk; every trigger must repeat the pair and direction you set. API access for members isn't open yet.
